How We Build Careers
Team first mentality
Our business model is inspired by rugby union, reflecting Percy’s background from a young age. In rugby, every player has a defined role to play — from first-year tradesmen to project managers and administration staff. While each role is different, we are all on the same playing field, working together toward a common goal: the successful completion of every project.
First Nations traineeships and career pathways
Our organisation is committed to fostering First Nations traineeships and career pathways through the provision of structured training, mentorship, and long-term employment opportunities.
First Nations careers built on respect
We believe in hiring from the communities we work in. Staff that understand the landscape, the challenges, and the people. That's not just good business—it's the right thing to do. We offer competitive wages, genuine career progression, and the kind of support that comes from working with people who know your name.
